COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Delta VFD007B21A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electromotive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B6077H001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B6122H075H553 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MagnetekGPD515CA033 by Manufacturer Electromotive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand MP105A4R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Esr such as BN66672761N2K5Z1 equipment made by Esr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVX00112B1P6G made by Eaton as well as the popular MMX34AA4D3F00 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HVX002A14A1B1 by Eaton and BN66672761N2K5Z1 spares by Esr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A16B1210002009E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
