COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Delta ECMA-F21875Q3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Psi-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotron such as the CH5B0061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DR1B015G2C5A4G20300379 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DVA011 by Manufacturer Psi-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Custom-Motors-Inc Brand CM1421Q70MK2048CS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental such as CSK299ATA equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DXM340W96009901 made by Emerson as well as the popular DCServoModel00M original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CFM90LBRHRTFRH1LKK6 by Sew and CSK299ATA spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFT0UN4BMG05HRTMKS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
