COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Delta 1.5KW server ASD-A1521MA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dings-Dynamic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B6064H306H550 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 955SPL4R51 manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R730501U3K by Manufacturer Dings-Dynamic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Esr-Pollmeier Brand BN67423310B1R1A1SK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as HVX060A22A1N1 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CTLR4L034E made by Emerson as well as the popular NE3420 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 96013301 by Emerson and HVX060A22A1N1 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVX015A14A1B2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
