COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Daytronic 3370 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hanna products, including obsoleted and phased-out Densei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hanna such as the 943500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT2T4G11 manufactured by Densei and we are pleased to be able to service most Densei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC600CP421A by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gems Brand XT8004CSSS4706200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Euchner such as KCA2B2B2B2B5678DWRP126 equipment made by Euchner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Euchner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Euchner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MUX32 made by Escort as well as the popular TGS0808TGSR12TGSMP original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LU785065 by Flowline and KCA2B2B2B2B5678DWRP126 spares by Euchner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 87952 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gems. |
