COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton VM3550T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Industrial-Drives products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Industrial-Drives such as the TTR29533104A401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USAGED20ML11 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UM1801020 by Manufacturer Warner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental Brand UHG1002B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasakawa such as USASEM02AS2K equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS4144N12E36 made by Nachi as well as the popular TG6A36 original spares produced by Kanagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USASEM15A32S by Yasakawa and USASEM02AS2K spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USAREM05YR21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
