COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton VED140U2904.5G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Di-soric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 De-sta-co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Di-soric such as the OHT30K150P1KTSSL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VFD550CP43S manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRG75M180 by Manufacturer De-sta-co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand VED140U29136G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Digital-Devices such as S1219800 equipment made by Digital-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digital-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digital-Devices" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC693DNM200AB made by Device-Net as well as the popular MAHO original spares produced by Deckel-Maho Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPR9108B by Denso-Robotics and S1219800 spares by Digital-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DST9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Demag. |
