COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton PPLTFG21TEG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the PN11168 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N42142H04AAPN193904 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P56H8960 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MSK061C0600NNM1UP1NNNN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch such as MSM040B0300NNM0CC1 equipment made by Bosch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P14G9256H made by Reliance as well as the popular PE4202 original spares produced by Elettromandrini Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT30M428 by Sem and MSM040B0300NNM0CC1 spares by Bosch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK070C0450NNS1UP0NNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
