COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton M1145153.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Di-soric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the PPT03311GG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5936822030 manufactured by Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OHT31K200P1KTSSL by Manufacturer Di-soric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Destaco Brand DPG10M4C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Debnar such as PFE4371512B equipment made by Debnar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Debnar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Debnar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available pptnya11gg made by Dayton as well as the popular VED140U29136G original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 007168005 by Det-tronics and PFE4371512B spares by Debnar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TT14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
