COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton GGS_7830 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Destaco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the M112531400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECMAFA175S3 manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REP113PRIC by Manufacturer Destaco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Deimotion Brand F1C0NVCMT00V006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Demag such as DSM4 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC693DNM200AB made by Device-Net as well as the popular VED80U29011G original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSRVWEA by Dec and DSM4 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original din3380110bm Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dinverter. |
