COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton F50-4D2C-AKQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kaiser-motoren products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gam-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kaiser-motoren such as the DN80B4S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPLH064003H manufactured by Gam-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Gam-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE9999018001 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand E186 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as F47RDRS71S4BE05ASE1THXVOA equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DXM6120W made by Emerson as well as the popular EM3558T8 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F0301060065 by Baldor and F47RDRS71S4BE05ASE1THXVOA spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
