COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton D184T3S4A-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CIMRF7U40P4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BPH0953N5AA2CA1 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSM80B250AA by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lincoln Brand CBDCXL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as CWDM3555 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNHMS16120YC59 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CD3476 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6T11FC18F by Leeson and CWDM3555 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
