COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 7CL23 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued De-Sta-Co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deckel-Maho parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Deuta-werke product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader De-Sta-Co such as the RR46M90M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCD120201 manufactured by Deckel-Maho and we are pleased to be able to service most Deckel-Maho systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature mrt700hd01 by Manufacturer Deuta-werke as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand CM1118 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Device-Net such as IC693DNM200AB equipment made by Device-Net have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Device-Net products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Device-Net" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFDB4030 made by Delta as well as the popular VED140U2976G original spares produced by Dayton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS7 by Demag and IC693DNM200AB spares by Device-Net are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KL2001X1BB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Deltav-Sis.
