COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 6Z420 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out De-Sta-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Demag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the MH2LEB832 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RR36180M manufactured by De-Sta-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most De-Sta-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WUE30DD by Manufacturer Demag as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 7C632 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delta-Design such as 1973060901 equipment made by Delta-Design have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Design products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Design" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LCD640002 made by Delem as well as the popular LCD120202 original spares produced by Deckel-Maho

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GBL6CO5700S by Delta-Tau and 1973060901 spares by Delta-Design are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DOP115WX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta.
