COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 6XWJ0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta-Tau product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Demag such as the BA0433358 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7CP15 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC8C0AA200000000 by Manufacturer Delta-Tau as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand CM1118 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Deckel-Maho such as LCD120198 equipment made by Deckel-Maho have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deckel-Maho products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deckel-Maho" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GML152F0 made by Delta-Tau as well as the popular 6Z818 original spares produced by Dayton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71632768M by Dayton and LCD120198 spares by Deckel-Maho are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMAC2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta-Tau.
