COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 6XJ44 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delta-Tau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dea-G561254 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta-Tau such as the 30460395310X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 249901 manufactured by Dea-G561254 and we are pleased to be able to service most Dea-G561254 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7CR52 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand MDU12012060S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 6XJ44BD equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NBT2080A made by Del-tron as well as the popular HPRS23 original spares produced by Del-tron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NBT1125A by Deltron and 6XJ44BD spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFD550F43A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta.
