COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 6K351A 4Z447A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trans-tek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 5KC49SN2134X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 68BM330LBXBL manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6010000 by Manufacturer Trans-tek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand 696004840 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bison such as 50701101 equipment made by Bison have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bison products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bison" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 62BM080BXE72 made by Sanyo as well as the popular 5BCD56BD153A original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4106221380 by Denso and 50701101 spares by Bison are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5K2868L1352 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
