COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 6K351A 4Z447A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bodine product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 4GZA3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5IK60AAFUL manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42Y3BFPP by Manufacturer Bodine as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-Craft Brand 652006204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton-Dynamatic such as 5067603B5 equipment made by Eaton-Dynamatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton-Dynamatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton-Dynamatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3MC302G3DRAEKJ1B22 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular 4106220890 original spares produced by Nachi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5444259613 by Isoflux-Servomotors and 5067603B5 spares by Eaton-Dynamatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4106221410 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Denso. |
