COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 4Z306 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Master-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 4THY5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48WG12A manufactured by Master-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Master-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4GZC3 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand 3A213C4002M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Speed-Selecter such as 409400 equipment made by Speed-Selecter have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2N943 made by Dayton as well as the popular 4106220870 original spares produced by Nachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42A5N by Bodine and 409400 spares by Speed-Selecter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 48EML2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ceg.
