COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 4Z130A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 36H017X882 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4429584AX manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4GZA3 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand 3HAC16191 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Matsushita such as 4506N8036E200 equipment made by Matsushita have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsushita products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsushita" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4430N0000000000 made by Cmc as well as the popular 35J302P667G1 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAC106741REV099157 by Api-Elmo-Abb and 4506N8036E200 spares by Matsushita are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3LS80LT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leroy-Somer.
