COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 4RU78 C48K2EC11C3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lafert product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the 4013023800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 337264B manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 460DCTEFC by Manufacturer Lafert as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 40H56C17G5306DP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atb-Flender such as 38592255 equipment made by Atb-Flender have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atb-Flender products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atb-Flender" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 35E0600872G6 made by Baldor as well as the popular 3N674A original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 323139509111 by Thompson and 38592255 spares by Atb-Flender are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3GBA092510BSA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
