COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 4RP60 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lightnin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lightnin such as the 71Q15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 501 manufactured by Carlson and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4Z019 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 62PMDF0240T000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Camco such as 500RPP90 equipment made by Camco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Camco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Camco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5H53 made by Nexen as well as the popular 8MCT original spares produced by Winsmith

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 917MCT by Winsmith and 500RPP90 spares by Camco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 85V150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Martin.
