COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 4GZC8 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tri-rotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leroy-Somer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tri-rotor such as the 40AX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3LS90LCO manufactured by Leroy-Somer and we are pleased to be able to service most Leroy-Somer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3HAC3401 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 3KW14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renold such as 402SSRB equipment made by Renold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 305131A made by Moog as well as the popular 4AP132S4 original spares produced by Birkenbeul

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31124G001 by Vonweise and 402SSRB spares by Renold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 400002S1203 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
