COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dayton 3GD39 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harmonic-Drive-System parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 20S07H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2580 manufactured by Harmonic-Drive-System and we are pleased to be able to service most Harmonic-Drive-System systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24E255W009G1 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Roper Brand 362GHBFLXRV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dorner such as 3311821166 equipment made by Dorner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dorner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dorner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3842503069 made by Bosch as well as the popular 22M500050 original spares produced by Dotco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2067115 by Bullard and 3311821166 spares by Dorner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 35S15R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
