COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Datalogic SC8000-21XX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Matsushita products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Matsushita such as the VT14728N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SV890000 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XBTH011010 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has M2i Brand XT0P05TQEDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as TH30AF264770 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DL200S226SU made by Micromotion as well as the popular 24577SVF original spares produced by Fisher Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WX17PTATX7A142XPL80ZF by Dynics and TH30AF264770 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WI127 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Avery. |
