COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Datalogic DS8100A-2110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ormec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HDS052W300NHS8001FW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JPDCC023 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GN3202MC by Manufacturer Ormec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand IC3600AIAD1C1D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Drive such as J2257NTJ053 equipment made by Ge-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Drive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KIT000009 made by Teledyne as well as the popular LMC400CAA10000 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES1221 by Ge-Fanuc and J2257NTJ053 spares by Ge-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSQC326 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
