COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danfoss VLT-5027-AT4CN1STR0DLF00A00C0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Actus-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aecl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the ZD18H402W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPSA10N70E1 manufactured by Actus-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Actus-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A109409535B by Manufacturer Aecl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Acdc Brand RSF502B2300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Acdc such as RSF502B2100 equipment made by Acdc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acdc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acdc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4EKK80E4 made by Abm as well as the popular WPPC0076 original spares produced by Kobe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1018232A by Acromag and RSF502B2100 spares by Acdc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X000127319036 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ishida. |
