COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danfoss VLT 2800 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emc2 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emc2 such as the M1640 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLT5003PT5C54STR0DL manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UNI4403 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand 518096831 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as HVX010A22A1B1 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 91010103REVH made by Electr-craft as well as the popular HVX015A24A1B1 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 941816R00144482 by Dezurik and HVX010A22A1B1 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FX8200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
