COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danfoss MBS 3000 060G1720 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Windsor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Windsor such as the MPMAE2S4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP37712 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTT1 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phoenix-Digital Brand OCXCTN13DST in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motorola such as MHW812A3 equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MNRR978916416 made by Rexroth as well as the popular P0926DF0B original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P03CPU20 by Schleicher and MHW812A3 spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKD112C024KP3BN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
