COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danaher Motion EC5-X-2010B-150-MS6E/MF1-MTE1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bruker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fairchild product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bruker such as the ER021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GTA2076QVNN manufactured by Robicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Robicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FM2G75US60 by Manufacturer Fairchild as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC752DPA062 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Data-Logic such as HS500A equipment made by Data-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Data-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Data-Logic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GXT36000RT208 made by Emerson as well as the popular IC600CP410 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FI07876 by Elau and HS500A spares by Data-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HC0524V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hydronix. |
