COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danaher Motion DPSSTZ100-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danaher-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher-Motion such as the DPSSTZ1006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 245576MA77 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35Q30R56 by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand 242157 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge such as 60BTL42 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 31419 made by Dodge as well as the popular M032010EANT4 original spares produced by David-Brown Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR94751L1WXY by Dodge and 60BTL42 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B1813645XHH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Darali. |
