COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danaher CTP21NLF25NEEOO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gidding--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aerotech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gidding--Lewis such as the BrushlessMotor spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNR3034DCD00CAB000 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BM75D75E1000H by Manufacturer Aerotech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand BSM90N2SPLAA101152501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as BPH0952N5AA2CA1 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C4D17FK19D made by Leeson as well as the popular CM164XJ01740C original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BM3539 by Baldor and BPH0952N5AA2CA1 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BPH0751N5AA2CA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
