COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Danaher 30052-03 REV.F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 1HU31040AD010ZZ9Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FK70425AF711SG3Z manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20S15L by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Speedtronics Brand 20HP4P256T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 1FT30745AZ219ZN3HAB45841 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FT60641AF744AG1 made by Siemens as well as the popular 245150468RandKEP16360 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 205SDMLAM by Pfeiffer and 1FT30745AZ219ZN3HAB45841 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2N982G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
