COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dalsa G3-GM30-M5105BB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Data-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Data-ray product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 1LRA4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9242804 manufactured by Data-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Data-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DR2815 by Manufacturer Data-ray as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 1LRB3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danaher such as 62PNDF0240T equipment made by Danaher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danaher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danaher" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HR52510000040 made by Danaher as well as the popular 11G247 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 103837 by Dayton and 62PNDF0240T spares by Danaher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 194174 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
