COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dainippon Screen GESP-0012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Monitech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ann-Arbor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Monitech such as the ML121CN840C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10SCE manufactured by Exor and we are pleased to be able to service most Exor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INX7486D2TFT by Manufacturer Ann-Arbor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand KP0029A01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Display-Technologies such as MD2003399 equipment made by Display-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Display-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Display-Technologies" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JANCDSP20B2andDF8202672 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular KSMH401A original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP570TC3124V068003503 by Proface and MD2003399 spares by Display-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIM2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tek-Air-Systems. |
