COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dainippon Screen GESP-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Prometec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tg3-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Prometec such as the k302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KBAG2817D manufactured by Tg3-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Tg3-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICC7L6HC3 by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tek-Air-Systems Brand LIM2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asem such as LTM150XHL06LJ9601223A equipment made by Asem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GL5PV8PC2 made by Nematron as well as the popular IP01 original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GS453 by Schenck and LTM150XHL06LJ9601223A spares by Asem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMI640S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech. |
