COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cygnus HATCH SURE TELESCOPIC EXTENSION parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okaya products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weintek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Globe product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okaya such as the M0055 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT505TV manufactured by Weintek and we are pleased to be able to service most Weintek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature i250 by Manufacturer Globe as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand MMIQP5C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kep such as MMI240VA equipment made by Kep have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kep products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kep" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC646TRT000D made by Ge as well as the popular JTPA1160000 original spares produced by Mettler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC754VGI12CTD by Ge and MMI240VA spares by Kep are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMI5070TH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maple-Systems. |
