COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer LES3630LSIG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the P10CPU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PVB15RSY41C12 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PER2 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand M2514ICD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hoerbiger-Origa such as P126S22X72BM equipment made by Hoerbiger-Origa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hoerbiger-Origa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hoerbiger-Origa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS142007F01SD made by Bayside as well as the popular M737A1B240BC original spares produced by Avtron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCJ47201200R2 by Sti and P126S22X72BM spares by Hoerbiger-Origa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC677877K15GUSB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
