COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer JDB2200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ircon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Orion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the PS35 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MROR0525F manufactured by Ircon and we are pleased to be able to service most Ircon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KRF25AV03 by Manufacturer Orion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand P10CPU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fisher-rosemount-Delta such as KJ3242X1BA1 equipment made by Fisher-rosemount-Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fisher-rosemount-Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fisher-rosemount-Delta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MZ495 made by Bently-Nevada as well as the popular MO16205 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPH2D100S2P by Total-Control and KJ3242X1BA1 spares by Fisher-rosemount-Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OSPP200M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
