COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer HND65K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robertshaw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the KCP200130547 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC50317431030S manufactured by Nematron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N506012 by Manufacturer Robertshaw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ircon Brand MROR0525F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cegelec such as MPC2 equipment made by Cegelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cegelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cegelec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC695CPU315 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular N441250S15DC original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LEOB7BB1 by Allen-bradley and MPC2 spares by Cegelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSFPC10GS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
