COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer ECN2431CPG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss-Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 1LPP4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG1002AL1 manufactured by Danfoss-Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss-Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1L521 by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 1LPY8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dawn-Vme-Products such as 11100680889 equipment made by Dawn-Vme-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dawn-Vme-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dawn-Vme-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CR279 made by Cutting-Edge as well as the popular DR118A original spares produced by Dataram Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11G244 by Dayton and 11100680889 spares by Dawn-Vme-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PXM8051A1BB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
