COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer D80NE1C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itw-Ransburg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dixell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurotherm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itw-Ransburg such as the 76037 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XR30CX manufactured by Dixell and we are pleased to be able to service most Dixell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 849VPRR1000 by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eurotherm Brand 840J491616F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ferraz-Shawmut such as D15AB100 equipment made by Ferraz-Shawmut have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ferraz-Shawmut products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ferraz-Shawmut" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16A2150 made by Dwyer as well as the popular EWR6300DC original spares produced by Motorola Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AV901AB100 by Honeywell and D15AB100 spares by Ferraz-Shawmut are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC0085001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould. |
