COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer D72WNOP7646DW95 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moog products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moog such as the G7613003S19JOGM4VPL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DH665FDK manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCU6MU021 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS200SDCIG2AGB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F500S1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HNF011AM900E0202A480NNNN made by Rexroth as well as the popular DSC1616 original spares produced by Delta-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800NASB1B1C by Ge and F500S1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800NTBD1C1D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
