COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer D520TA2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out N-tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the IKL0141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 104TX manufactured by N-tron and we are pleased to be able to service most N-tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC693CPU350CG by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eclipse-Inc Brand EMC120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as A302LN equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AKT4212100 made by Nais as well as the popular R1T185L483018008HN63 original spares produced by Lesman-Instrument-Co Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16A2150 by Dwyer and A302LN spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSS1502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dme. |
