COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler-hammer 1164A-202 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datametrics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynisco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gems such as the 143981 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S9328A1800 manufactured by Datametrics and we are pleased to be able to service most Datametrics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2291NA48P15BSGGCCAZZZ971 by Manufacturer Dynisco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Flow Brand 20ELK39Z1R3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Euchner such as PWGLEZM014C078150 equipment made by Euchner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Euchner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Euchner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A16B2203003103B made by Fanuc as well as the popular TPT46343M618 original spares produced by Dynisco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8312800 by Drager and PWGLEZM014C078150 spares by Euchner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HITNOT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fredrick. |
