COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer TRN1B120AC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Data products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Daihen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Data such as the DT15150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA165120 manufactured by Electromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L5550C by Manufacturer Daihen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eagle-Signal Brand HA40S172A6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fujitsu-Takamisawa such as VE12HS5K equipment made by Fujitsu-Takamisawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fujitsu-Takamisawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fujitsu-Takamisawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDL02 made by Furnas as well as the popular RVA9AG3L original spares produced by Electra Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR129K00402AA by Ge and VE12HS5K spares by Fujitsu-Takamisawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR124Y0D3808A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
