COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer IQ-DP4030 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pribusin-Inc. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pribusin-Inc. such as the IUC66SDGMCADVV12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDX61B00222A34OT manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KQS0602S by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MKD112B048KG1BN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cleveland-Motion-Control such as M12503084 equipment made by Cleveland-Motion-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland-Motion-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland-Motion-Control" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAR501B001 made by Markem as well as the popular IQLROUTER original spares produced by Trend Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS560011 by Cognex and M12503084 spares by Cleveland-Motion-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MI4471TC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klockner-Moeller. |
