COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer ECN1824CCE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Davis-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cyber-Research product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the POWERSCAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6490 manufactured by Davis-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Davis-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P71209072 by Manufacturer Cyber-Research as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Data-Instruments-Honeywell Brand 36RX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-hammer such as 3206A6504 equipment made by Cutler-hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 194175 made by Dayton as well as the popular 13E672 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECN1611BHA by Cutler-hammer and 3206A6504 spares by Cutler-hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6381168 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
