COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer E777 575 LR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eurotherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Erhardt-+-Leimer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eurotherm such as the G4080001V1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECN05A1CAAR63B manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK0119 by Manufacturer Erhardt-+-Leimer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand 1D5G64 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gec-Alsthom such as 4MVAJ144001 equipment made by Gec-Alsthom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gec-Alsthom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gec-Alsthom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IFC53B1AOR12IFC53B1A made by Ge as well as the popular SC285220 original spares produced by Electromatic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC2820A100BE203E by General-Electric and 4MVAJ144001 spares by Gec-Alsthom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZSVUL163P3TE18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
