COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer E57MCL18T110E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Durant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynapar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Durant such as the 40892400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RO513HZ21030701 manufactured by Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E0E23X by Manufacturer Dynapar as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynex Brand DCR3480B52091099212 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delphi such as ES10420 equipment made by Delphi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delphi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delphi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 62PMLF1000ABM060730 made by Danaher as well as the popular HR6251024633104 original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 700227 by Drexelbrook and ES10420 spares by Delphi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES10651 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delphi. |
