COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer E53KAL30A2SA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 12IAC51B3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RSWC24S manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMR4000A0BA1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kilovac Brand PD150XA57 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Electric such as IFC77A1A equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DZB300B0110P0150L4A11KW1 made by Fu-Ling-Inverter-Dzb300b011.0-/-P015.0l4a-11kw-/-1 as well as the popular ZEBXCT300 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 369HIRM000E by General-Electric and IFC77A1A spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SB125024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic. |
